The Museo Chileno de Arte Precolombino displays Pre-Columbian pottery and steles in a unique and primal atmosphere. Or visit the Museum of Memory and Human Rights, which commemorates the human rights violated during the Pinochet regime. Stroll along the shop-lined Paseo Ahumada and dine at one of the many delectable eateries. A couple unique spots are La Diana, a restaurant with an eclectic blend of a foresty urban setting, and Zully, a romantic, historical restaurant inside a decorated mansion. If you’re up for a hike, rise early and get a spectacular view of the landscape from the top of San Cristóbal Hill.
